A pre-order item is not currently in stock but is available for purchase in advance. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item before it becomes unavailable or sells out.

Please note that pre-order items require additional production and processing time before they can be shipped. Shipping timeframes will be provided on the preorder page and on our Instagram (@saito.zx) highlights that updates every Sunday. Delays may occasionally occur.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are ready. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
